Cute place which is tucked away behind Burlingame Avenue behind a parking lot so it won't be seen by the casual pedestrian but definitely worth finding. You can almost pretend you are in Europe. Teas are varied and the staff were helpful in choosing a tea we would like. The hot chocolate, however, is the big surprise - absolutely devine, appealing more to adults than children.

Personable and very accommodating. The tea was superb with availability to purchase for home. Bakery fresh, moist and delicious.

The staff was friendly. The location was a little difficult to find. The sandwiches and salad were fresh and delicious. The scones tasted stale and tasteless but the presentation and experience were worth an additional visit.

For the Burlingame location, although they have an answering machine, don't bother leaving a message to book or reschedule a reservation, you'll only get frustrated. You need to speak with a person. I had to reschedule my reservation and left 3 messages over a 1 week span and no one ever called me back. Other than that, it's a really cute place with delicious food and tea. I highly recommend it.

Those cupcakes are delish! Also must try the Brie and tomato sandwich.
