Loved my reflexology treatment today!! Booked my next appointment!!

Had a super reflexology session with May (spelling?) She has very strong fingers! I enjoyed having the warm heat on my shoulders too. The lights and music were kept low. I just melted into the seat. At the end of the treatment, my feet and legs were wrapped in hot towels. It was a truly relaxing hour. The Spa itself is a little 'tired', but it is clean and the service is wonderful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the reflexology. I thought it was going to be more of stimulating pressure points but it felt more like a full lower leg/foot massage. If that's reflexology it was amazing. If it's not, it was still amazing and relaxing! I will definitely be going back!
