I had an appointment for a brazilian wax. The procedure was rushed, and extremely lacked customer service. I've been to several spas for a wax and this has definitely been the poorest and only bad experience I've had. The only conversation the lady had with me was asking if this was my first time and telling me to stop shaving and come back every 4 weeks. No mentioning if the temperature of the wax was ok, asking if I had sensitive skin etc. Also, the job itself was poorly done and she *barely* moisturized the area after. No post-wax tweezing was offered either.

Technician was BRUTAL !!! I have been getting my most private area waxed for many years and have never been so violated She might as well have been riping weeds out of a garden

Dirty, unprofessional

Very rushed. No clean-up post wax..or lotion. Hairs were missed. Overall, not a good experience.
