yoga/dance instructor was very nice. Also the people that works there are very friendly. The room is bigger then I thought. Nice and clean place.

Hard to get replies to voicemails. When I went to the address, I couldn't find the place. It was an apartment building. Very disappointed. I would like a refund.

They are never there to answer the phone, or even in the studio when they are supposed to be open. Too unreliable for me!!

need mirror in the studio, if it's only 1 or 2 students is OK without mirror, but if there are more people, it's gonna be difficult for students to catch up .

Quality of StretchTherapy classes excellent! very knowledgeable! uplifting personality of teacher!
Great especially with more students, higher energy + teacher walking around, correcting, assisting instead of doing stretches herself + when heat got turned on, had been on for a while before class.
Lots of schedule changes after selling the 15 class + unlimited 1 month passes + unexpected limitation of classes I was allowed to attend -> no compensation for cuts of StretchTherapy classes on WEs and evenings + limiting classes I was allowed to attend. I asked for extension of expiry deadline to be able to use the passes during spring break in March for the AM-StretchTherapy classes! Answer: NO!
