I think of Barbara Ann and I think, bumbling. There wasn't a flow or thought as to how she was going to perform her treatment. She just did it. Then forgot something. Started again. Stop to get something else. Didn't seem to confident. Her space is tiny and jammed pack with stuff.

I felt like she did a minimal job with my wrap and facial and just didn't get a comfortable feeling there.
