I think Komel Kickboxing has a great facility and the instructor is very attentive and motivating. I had so much fun in the class pushing myself to new limits and achieving a goal. I'm excited to keep coming to the classes. Thank you!

Ladies if you are trying to get active check this class out. They have women sessions on Saturdays so check it out.
