I wouldn't do the regenerating facial again - it left my skin really red and dry, and even after that diminished a few hours later my skin didn't look or feel any better than before. The shellac manicure was amazing though.

Sue was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel welcome and confident in the facial treatment I received.

Continue to give great customer service. Be careful that your enthusiasm and knowledge of hair care products doesn't overwhelm clients and make them feel like they are being pressured into purchasing add on sales. Keep it simple, not too many options.
