The office is very utilitarian and functional. No frills. For many patients, that works and shouldn't be an issue, but I think the overall office experience would be better is they add a few more creature comforts (wifi, updated furnishings, etc.). The whitening experience was ok minus the EXTREME sensitivity afterward for about 12-15 hours. I think that adding a desensitizing phase between each bleaching application (as performed in other offices) will help. I think that whitening is still an inexact science, and hopefully better user experiences will emerge with new technologies.
