Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Prefer the Yoga Central location over the Yoga Place location because of the size and it is generally warmer, but both are clean and easily accessed.

Yoga Central is a very inclusive environment embracing people of all levels of yoga skill and physical ability. I have attended the classes of many instructors and always leave feeling strong, peaceful and happy. It's great for yoga veterans and those who have never tried it (which was me 2 years ago!). Both studios are nice ... and the new one on Cleveland Avenue is absolutely beautiful. Give it a try!
