Best Yoga studio. I also lived in Greenwich CT. The instructors really get you mentally and physically fit for the day.

New venue tastefully decorated and with great environment for yoga and other classes. People working there but also customers are very friendly and welcoming!

The instructors are top rate. The classes rank from relaxing restorative to high impact challenging. The studio is very clean and holds an all around good energy. I would highly recommend Body Mind & Core.
