My experience was absolutely amazing! If you like a medium intense workout with an well experienced trainer, Maica Galán Garrido is the BEST! I will be in her class for life lol. Book private session then join a group class.

The trainers are so well educated in physiology, they really give so much guidance! I came here after weeks of physical therapy and it has continued to be very helpful. It's fun too!

I was really pleased with my private class at the Carmel location and I'm looking forward to the group classes. Staff are very professional and clearly know what they are doing. The facility was exceptionally clean and both staff and other clients are super friendly. I'm so glad I've tried this out and am excited about returning.
