LOVED going here and would have continued attending if the Carmel location hadn’t closed. Great workout in a half hour’s time and the trainers were encouraging. You are not put at risk of injury, but you are pushed to succeed. So sad the Carmel location has closed.

Very welcoming and encouraging staff. The workouts work well for all levels of fitness. The schedule is great with a number of early morning classes as well as mid day and afternoon.
