About Chocolate for the Spirit

Award-winning artisan chocolatier Chocolate for the Spirit is dedicated to working with and teaching others about some of the world's premium Grand Cru, single-origin chocolate. In fact, the cacao is sourced from growers that are paid 30 to 70 percent over fair trade pricing because it is of such high quality. During classes, attendees learn about the history of chocolate and the chocolate-making process before exploring the wide variety of flavor profiles found in premium chocolate by tasting samples, including some of Chocolate for the Spirit's original handcrafted creations. The shop carries connoisseur bars, toffee, truffles, and bark that can be purchased and taken home to share.
