If we purchased a one hour massage, you cannot take the time it takes to fill out the paperwork and undressing as part of the massage time. It's a ONE HOUR massage - not 45 mins. I didn't appreciate this at the salon - and it really spoiled the overall awesome and best massage experience I have ever had.
