My appt was at 10AM and no one was there. Place locked. I left at 10:05 and called from my car, left them a msg on their VM to call me. No one ever called me. I finally called back at 11 and they said "come on in"

The hair stylist asked me how I wanted my hair cut, then proceeded to talk with her friend in Spanish for the next 20+ minutes. She didn't speak to me again until after her friend left. Granted, I got a great haircut, but the experience was uncomfortable. It was also extremely hot in the styling area. The massage was pleasant but not particularly "deep" and there was no discussion of problem areas I would have liked to have addressed.
