I have been going to Ebb & Flow since they opened. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I enjoyed my Yoga class. I’m new to Yoga and instructor Carl was great. He took the time to help me get poses correctly. The environment was comfortable and the poses felt good. I will be back very soon.

I found the tiga teaches are warm, friendly, and kind. They’ll work with you where you’re at. My first visit Carl took me thru all the basics and more. He watched, tweeted, and made great suggestions. I look forward to working with him again and again

I love the Ebb and Flow Wellness Center. They excel in everything from yoga to massage to facials and more. The staff is superior and you will always feel relaxed and at home here.
