Cary Flow Yoga has a really good class for beginners to feel comfortable with yoga. Along with regular classes that fit all levels...it was great!!

Cary Flow Yoga is wonderful! They focus a lot on alignment and muscle groups during their flows. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new yoga studio!
