About Service Plus

Service Plus co-owner James Cayton is a US Navy veteran, certified contractor, and HVAC technician with experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. He and his wife—and company co-owner—Dana oversee licensed, insured, and certified technicians who keep homes at optimal temperatures with air-conditioning and heating repairs. In addition to servicing all brands of air conditioners and heaters, they sell and install new ones should the heater break down or the air conditioner run a fever. Other services include air-duct and dryer-vent cleaning.
