I had a a massage last week. I requested Suzy and got a confirmation. When I got there a male masseuse was there. It was unprofessional that no one bothered to call and tell me that it would be a male. My massage was okay, but I emailed back to the Royal Serene House that I thought they should have been professional and no one even contacted me. I have gotten massages before through group on and they have been wonderful. I would not recommend them.

Returm phone call, don't cancel appointment without any. Reason. Entrance to the builing needs to be easier.
