About LAR Photography

Leslie A. Rusk discovered photography while documenting her son's early years. Like any camera-wielding mom, she snatched every moment she could from the ether. Her memory-hoarding quickly matured into creative skill. Now as the professional photographer behind LAR photography, she takes exclusively outdoor photos, specializing in natural light and capturing crisp, saturated hues that give her work a fanciful quality. She also tried her hand at food photography for Fair Oaks Farms, where all oak trees are paid fair modeling wages.
