Had to quit because it was too expensive. ;( It would be helpful if they correct you if you are doing an exercise incorrect rather than letting you hurt yourself. Gretchen did an awesome job making sure you were doing the exercises correctly and helped modify if needed.

The workouts were fantastic and the motivation was awesome. My only negative comment is the time for the morning class - without having showers for clients to use, it's difficut to workout from 6:30 to 7:15 then get home, shower, get ready, and be at work around 8am. Suggest class start at 6 or 6:15.

Davis training is the best place to workout! The bootcamps are both tough and fun at the same time.

Unprofessional and uneducated trainers on staff.
