We liked that they put the bike on the rack and went over it while we were still there so we could see what needed taking care of. Very professional!

The guys at bike master are very helpful & go out of there way for whatever you need. We purchased 2 pro bike tune ups & Nick took care of us. I had another mountain bike that I was told I needed a new rear derailleur & he looked at it & fixed it for free. That right there shows me they are not just there to make money off from new customers. They tuned up my bike for less than 100.00 bucks compared to Global bikes on Ray rd & 101 who told me I needed front & back break set along with rotors etc. I'm only taking our 3 bikes to brake masters. Thanks Randi & Chris

I have gone to multiple bike shops over the ten years of road biking. I was super impressed with their thoroughness. I had not been happy most other times I had paid for tune-ups. I will go back.
