Validity
- Must activate by the expiration date on your voucher, and must redeem treatments in full within 1 year from the activation date.

Booking + Cancellation
- Appointment required. Call (800) 559-9138 and mention your Groupon.
- Merchant’s standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price). 24-hour cancellation and a $35 fee may apply.
Restrictions
- Must be 18 or older. Clients under 16 will need an in-person client review before starting treatment.
- If you are currently pregnant, you will need to wait to receive treatments.
- Clients with epilepsy, cancer, and/or using medications that cause photosensitivity cannot be treated.
- Laser hair removal cannot be performed over tattoos or permanent makeup.
