They were very courteous and when they found other things wrong with ny car they gave an estimate but did not pressure me to fix them with SSC right away. Because of these two things I felt comfortable and will go back to SSC.

I didn't feel that the customer service was done well. The write up on my car's over all assessment was filled with technical jargon and not customer friendly. It was just handed to me when I picked up the car with no verbal exchange except to say, have a nice day.
Prior to that I was called at 3:00 PM (I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM) and told that the car's A/C was not working and it was going to take a couple of hours to assess the problem. I told them that the A/C was working fine when I brought it in. I was then called back by the mechanic and told that it was now working (around a half an hour later). That did not leave me with a good feeling about their operation.
