I only used half the coupon as I am pregnant and had to be on bed rest two weeks after I activated the coupon. The Personal trainer manager is very helpful and cooperative. Also the gym Manager id a very nice person, although he doesn't respond to his emails at all. In general it's a nice gym. I recommend it and I am thinking to renew my membership.

It's really crowded in the evenings during the week. I would suggest hanging signs up to encourage patrons to use the machines for a max of 20 minutes if there are people waiting.

It should be stated that my workout needs are simpler than most. I only require some dumbbells, pull-up bar, dip station, a box for jumping and some space to jump rope. This simple club met my needs. It was a bit crowded, but there's never a wait to do pull-ups or dips because most people can't/don't. The staff was friendly and helpful and I got a great workout.

Class times MUST be changed to allow a few minutes between classes. The clients AND the instructors are affected by classes rushing to set up and return equipment before the next class. This creates a stressful transition before and after class that will definitely prevent me from continuing my membership with this gym. You also need a tanning bed and towel service. Carpets and ceilings can be upgraded.
