I would think that a tour business that operates an airplane would have that airplane fueled, and oiled, BEFORE the scheduled booking as opposed to making the customer wait out on the tarmac while doing these things, only to depart on the tour a full hour late. Maybe then your customers would spend more time on the actual tour than time spent on the ground watching your pilot do routine maintenance on the plane.
