1st time to hot yoga and it was a good experience. My instructor was nice, and patient with me and my limited coordination. I hope to go back this weekend. I plan on bringing my sister to a class, when she visits from California.

When I came in for the first time I was nervous since it was such a new experience for me. The staff was so nice and helpful and put my nerves at ease. It was a difficult but amazing workout! I would definitely recommend!
