There is so much wonderfulness in this office. The encouragement, the kindness, guidance and over all general want for their clients/students to feel better and really enjoy their own practice. I always feel welcome when I arrive, and complete peace when I leave.

All of the instructors are super-fantastic and lets you know from the very beginning that this is YOUR practice, so no judgment is in the atmosphere. Love it!! Wish I would have found them sooner.

I absolutely love Sumits! As a long time practitioner of "regular" yoga, I was a bit skeptical to try hot yoga. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I love it. I walk out of each class feeling refreshed and completely calm. The studio and the teachers are both incredible! I would recommend this place to any and everyone.
