Booked and stayed in hotel prior night since tour was at 7am. Also had to pay overnight parking. Tour guide did not show up told us only option was to re-schedule for another day.

We rushed to be downtown at 6:55 am to check in, paid $15 for parking and waited around with other couples for 30 minutes to reschedule. The tour guide never showed up! Huge inconvenience. Will rate again after the actual tour...

They canceled on us saying that it will rain and it ended up not raining ! And now it's very hard to reschedule another tour
