They should offer discounts for packages (for massage or mani-pedi)

The initial feeling upon walking in was not great, everyone working there was complaining about work and being tired. The even were openly complaining about the coupons. BUT, Dawn, the esthetician, more than made up for the unwelcoming start. I would go back, but only because of her. I think overall the spa needs to work on the first impression clients have upon walking in the door. It really affected me, I was going there to relax and initially felt more stressed out. But, by the end, everyone was in a better mood and even stayed late with me so my nails could properly dry. :)

Everyone there was very nice and accomadating especially since it was the holidays. I brought my husband and daughter who also enjoyed the spa services.

I've only had 2 massages in my life so I can't say I'm an expert. I felt self concious about walking through the spa to the "back room " for the massage but she was very good and I felt so much better when I left. I'm battling leukemia w/chemo treatments right now and it really helped! Though it probably would help, I won't be able to return till I'm able to get back to work, but that's a reflection of my economic situation and being out of work, not the quality of the service. Although there was an error in the booking of my appointment, the staff was willing and able to accommodate me. My masseuse was wonderful as well!
