Very nice people did the cleaning and were unobtrusive and very independent. I hardly knew they were here while I worked in my home office.

They were early, professional and kind, and did a good job. Heck, they even washed the few dishes I had in the sink. I'm looking forward to using them again.

I had an extraordinary difficult time scheduling a cleaning session with CCC. Twice they did not show up to our appointed time. I had moved out of my apartment by the time they finally confirmed a cleaning time. However my landlord took photo evidence that the bathrooms and bedrooms were not cleaned properly. I attempted to secure a receipt from the company documenting the services they claim to have provided however they never responded. I would not recommend Copy Cat Cleaning under any circumstances.

Terrible service. I came home to dust everywhere, floors not mopped, etc. I will never use this service again.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional!! I waited 1-1/2hrs for them to show for the FIRST appt. today. Theynever called to say they would be late & why. They finally answered after a couple calls saying they were running very behind. They asked if they could come Sat instead, & I said no I already have a cleaning lady scheduled to come, I'll already asked prior to do it Sat afternoon & they said no. also I'm already moved out & needed it done asap. They agreed to reschedule today at 3:30p, so I had to cancel my day plans. And what did they do? They completely blew me off AGAIN! No show & no call backs after 5x. Now what? I still need the carpet cleaned by Sat & have no time to find the same

I am pretty disappointed with the final work of this cleaning service. I had two bathrooms to be cleaned and the work was not thorough. The walls of the shower stall were not cleaned in the first bathroom. The toilet was not touched in the second bathroom, nor was the floor mopped. I had to go throughout the house and sweep areas in both bedrooms that were not swept. I also had to dust my tvs and fireplace mantle. I seems as if the workers did a spot cleaning that I could have saved my money and completed on my on.

I was very excited about getting this service done before hosting an event at my house. The two workers were very nice and at the introduction I let them know what specific areas I wanted focused on (floors, bathrooms & dusting - LR, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom). Although I did see one of the workers cleaning the bathroom floor, I did not see any mopping. When they announced hat they were finished, I asked if they mopped, to which they responded yes. I gave them a tip of $25 since I thought that was standard. However, after walking around the apartment, the floors do not look any better than when they walked in w/ dust in every corner. I will not use this service again or recommend.

The person I talked to on the phone said they could clean my entire house, but the cleaners refused to do it. It would have taken them about 10 min. additional time, maximum, to do the floors and dust in 2 very small bedrooms and they wouldn't do it. The bedrooms they did clean were not cleaned thoroughly at all. Very dissapointing. Not a good way to do business.
