went fitting your skates, make sure it your true size... or 1/2 the size smaller .

Be prepared to wait at least an hour in line for skate rental. We had no idea! The guy at the snack and beverage shop told me most of the time it's actually a two hour wait. They stop renting skates 30 minutes prior to closing - so get there early to avoid possibly waiting in line for nothing!!

The wait is about 45 minutes outside so it's best to go when it's 40-50 degrees outside.

Do not go on the last day of expiration. Too crowded. Long wait. Poor customer service. I would only do it if it is a good deal.

Loved this place, really romantic and beautiful scenery especially since you're in the heart of Chicago. Service was fast and easy. Will hope to come back again!
