Counter service can be slow. Staff are quick to acknowledge you, but it takes them a few minutes to actually get to the counter.

I do not live to far from the store and it took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza and it was cold

The online confirmation said, "ready in 25-35min." then when I got there to pick it up I had to wait 30 min. for a total of 1hr. 5 min. The online confirmation should be more accurate and have real time information. Not a happy camper.

I placed my order online, as required. I chose the carryout option. I should have taken a look at the items before leaving the location as I always do. Once I got the food home I discovered my order was all screwed up. Needless to say this was a waste of my money to say the least I won't be patronizing Papa John's again
