the website was a little confusing... because there are several steps you need to take to get the ID, register your pet, link the ID, etc. but when I requested help, they responded very quickly and helped me complete what I needed. Hopefully will never have to actually use their services for a lost pet, but I like the reassurance that there is an easy place to help get me re-united with my dogs should that happen!

Great product and fast service

I had a great dane that was a runner, so I thought this would be great! NOPE! It was no help when he actually ran off in the night. There was no real way to track him GPS wise. Wasted my money.
