Friendly and accommodating staff. Ice surface could be a bit better, but it's been a pretty extreme winter in terms of temperature swings.

It was not very crowded on a Thursday evening, which was nice. The rink itself wasn't great and I wouldn't recommend it for serious ice skaters.

I bought 8 or me and my friends who were visiting Chicago. It wa a great tourist spot in wriggleyville for fun and entertaining people watching.
