Get there early to get a seat up front. No need to bring a cooler for BYOB. They will put what you bring to drink in a cooler and bring you drinks as you request during the presentation. Really laid back atmosphere.

Great time at the BBQ 101 class. We learned a great deal and enjoyed wonderful food. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

The class was well worth it. The food was DELICOUS and the instruction was great. The only negative comment I have is the class decription mentioned taking home a few bottle of rub/sauce that we were suppose to make in class that we never did make.
