Segways are very easy to use. The guides were very nice and a lot of fun. The only change I would make would be to make the tour longer and the training shorter. I was told the tour was 2-2.5 hours but it was only 1.5 hours and they spend a good 30 minutes or more telling everyone how to ride but it's not brain surgery. Training should take no more than 5-10 minutes. Overall still a good time and nice staff.

We had a great time. There was a group of 5 of us and the sunset tour was quite wonderful. The Chicago skyline after dark is stunning to see. The tour guides were fun and interactive with everyone on the tour. We would do it again. Loved it!

The boss of Signature Segway Tours was rude and unfriendly. The other workers were kind and always approachable. Overall, the tour was pretty fun.

They were TERRIBLE at answering the phone AND returning voice messages which the voicemail specifically addresses. Even after making reservations twice upon arrival we found that our date and time had not been booked. Signature was gracious enough to honor their mistake and allow us to go as scheduled. The tour was excellent, I only wish it had not been clouded by the impression of the company prior to even arriving.
