The hair stylist that helped me with my feathers was SO wonderful. She was very nice and patient, and we had a great conversation to boot! I would definitely go back to this stylist in the future.

The wait was 40+ minutes, even though I made an appointment.

My daughter is still enjoying the featherlocks. They look great!

Friendly staff, not at all snobbish or pretentious. Took and hung up my coat for me. Offered me coffee in a real cup (not styrofoam). Stacy was very helpful helping me select feathers for my hair and did a good job putting them in. I'm a senior citizen but felt welcome in this young, hip establishment.

Very welcoming and friendly. Made my daughter feel welcome. Great service.
