Lovely services and technicians Only issue I had is the spa service rooms are in the basement down stairs that if you have an issue with stairs are difficult to navigate Also being downstairs of the hair salon you hear everyone walking on the wooden floors above, not very relaxing The music choice was lovely classical music made for relaxing
