No excuse for your staff to be 30 mins late. Especially without even a call or text to indicate they weren't arriving on time. Plus, when I call customer service twice to see if anyone is coming to clean my apartment, nobody answers the phone.

We're looking for a replacement housekeeper. This one did not get enough done in the expected time for us to consider an ongoing arrangement.
