not only do you have road side assistance but you can request trip tics. Yes, we all have GPS these days on our phones, etc., but the trip tics give you so much more. Detailed information on area specific hotels, entertainment, etc. We've had great experiences with the knowledgeable folks who've prepared our trip tics.
