I had an absolutely enjoyable time. I happened to be the last customer of the day. Everybody seemed to be in a relaxed and friendly mood so by the end of my session we were chatting like old friends. Tara, my stylist, spent a lot of time talking to me to find out exactly what I wanted and then she colored and cut my hair just the way I wanted it. She also took her time during the blow out so my hair was as good as my hair gets. An unexpectedly fun experience and I came out with some good book recommendations.

it took almost two hours to get a mani-pedi, which i didn't expect. if they had told me i could have planned for it but i didn't know so it made me late for my next appointment that day. i told them i only had an hour and a half and they still took almost two hours.

Staff was very nice, but the quality of the mani & pedi was lacking. I expected more for what would normally be a $60 service. I had better at the Aveda School.

Mani/Pedi was actually messed up by the stylist she knew it and didn't correct it. The other person just made a mess out of my sister. It was worse than going to a beauty school and not that cheap considering we still gave them a 25 and 33 percent tip. They need to really improve the quality of their polishing. The other parts were good for me such as the cuticle removal.

The staff is excellent

I felt like my feet weren't scrubbed at all of dead skin and some of my old polish was left on the edges of my toes, one of the least favorite pedicures I have ever gotten.
