So far this has been a great experience. I have hesitated at trying crossfit for a long time because of hearing so many negative things about it, but the trainers at Comanche have been friendly, encouraging, and most importantly focusing on good form. They mix up the workouts to where I have not had any repeat workouts up to this point.

Make sure you drink lots of water before, after and during! And just come in open minded, especially if you have never done this before! They WILL take good care of you!

Don't be nervous! Everyone at the box is really welcoming and the coaches are extremely helpful.
