Pretty friendly atmosphere, teachers are friendly and nice. Good to go even if you are not in the best shape, as you can always modify.

We take the Pilates Mat Classes which are conducted in an enjoyable atmosphere by very well trained instructors (predominantly female). Prior to your first visit you would be wise to pick up the phone and talk to one of their professionals. We find that one visit a week helps us maintain strong core muscles as well as improve flexibility and an overall healthy body
