This particular dentist does take people who have no insurance and they offer their own plan.

Dental Oasis of Clayton has a very pleasant atmosphere with equally friendly staff. In my case, where additional dental work was needed, they were able to work out an affordable payment arrangement for me in addition to the 20% discount.
