In a garden of colorful mats, bars, and beams, the instructors at Bayside Sports Academy water children's love of tumbling, dancing, and cheerleading. Gymnastics classes begin when your child is walking, and run all the way up to adult programs targeting cardio, strength, and flexibility. Other adult classes include jazz dance and Zumba, while children get in on the dancing action in ballet and hip-hop lessons. No matter what class a student signs up for, when they feel confident enough, they can enter into competitive-level programs to show their stuff.
