My stylist Abigail did a great job on my cut and style. I appreciated that when unsure on how to make a cut she requested assistance from her instructor. This is the aptitude that will make her great as a stylist, recognizing what her strengths and limitations. Nobody wants an arrogant stylist that focuses on showing off what they know, rather than meeting the customer's request.

I was very happy with the massage. It was very relaxing, just the right amount of pressure. I could have used a nap after, though. ;)

when doing a facial do not leave the client unless you tell them and let them know you are back,and when the mask is on stay in the room rub hands ,feet anything but don't leave
