About Be Studios

At Be Fitness, guests learn new skills in various fitness classes. In one room, instructors lead pole-dancing pupils in the sultry arts. In another, they teach students how to fly high in the aerial arts. They also offer Pilates Reformer and Yoga classes to help balance out the body and strengthen the core. The studio aims to outfit women and men with experiences and accoutrements to help them leave feeling relaxed and empowered, much like a nuclear plant on a cruise ship.
