I liked the idea that there were not too many displays - just enough and some more edgy than others - a nice stop during an uptown/downtown/little Italy excursion.

Start at the top. They need a bit more, but what they have is a wonderful blend.

It's an acquired taste in a great part of the city- leave time to walk around the neighborhood

Realize it's small, does not have it's own collection. Is in a fun area with things to do and places to eat.

go with an open mind - very refreshing and different type of museum. Make sure that you go down the stairs and see what's going on in the stairwell.

Not much substance. The most interesting part of this museum is the building itself and the gift shop.
