Jacqueline was an excellent instructor! Patient, and had the perfect combination of upbeat and mellow. The music was the perfect complement to my first round of reformer Pilates. Check-in was easy, and the workout space was very clean. Can’t wait for my remaining sessions!

This is my first time doing Pilates and the instructor was so patient with me but made sure I feel the benefits of the class. I walked out feeling great, I will definitely go back

This was my very first pilates class and Everyone there is super nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It was a great class in that I totally felt it the following 2 days and the hour just flew by.
